iPhoneography

 Snowball Fight

KMS Photography : Fine Art Wedding & Portrait Photography

There is a Seattle based commercial photographer named Chase Jarvis who says the best camera is the one that is with you.   He is referring to camera phones and how often times our camera phone is the only camera that we have on us.   In the last few years there has been an explosion in "iphoneography" especially as the quality in these little camera phones has improved.   Being a visual person this movement has not been lost on me, as I too have always used my iPhone in absence of any other camera when I have seen something of interest.

In recent months I have become rather addicted to an iPhone app called Instagram.  Instagram is more than an app it is a photo sharing social media community.   It allows you to follow different friends and displays photos through Instagram in a feed similar to Facebook and Twitter.  It also let's you share your photos via Facebook, Twitter, Flickr.  Instagram is quickly becoming a favorite among photographers because it allows us to quickly and easily share our vision with the world one image at a time.

This week I thought I would share some of my favorite images that I have captured with my iPhone.
