[KMS] Seniors : Heather

Heather's Senior Session was scheduled for the day of the "great flood" of 2014.  Despite my sun dance, it would not stop raining.  When she arrived at my studio we photographed her yearbook portrait and for obvious reasons rescheduled the rest of her session.  She wanted her senior portraits photographed at her church, so we rescheduled for an early Sunday morning.  It was perfect!  Her session turned out to be another of my favorites of the year.  She was so easy to work with and she was up for anything.  Check out some of my favorites.

Erin & Mike : Wedding

I really do love my clients, but there are some couples that become your favorites.  Come on, it's true you always have favorites(except when you have kids ;)).  Erin & Mike definitely fall into my favorites category.   It's not only that they are a gorgeous couple but they are two of the nicest people that you will ever meet.  They are no doubt a perfect match for each other.   I am incredibly honored to have been a part of their wedding day.    Congratulations Erin & Mike!!!

Stacie & Kyle: E-Session

I really have the best clients and the best job in the world.  I met up with Stacie and Kyle last week in downtown Dearborn for their engagement session.   We walked around a got to know each other better which is one of the many reasons that I LOVE engagment sessions.   We had to dodge a few rain drops, because the weather couldn't quite figure out what it was doing but they had a great session.  I loved watching Kyle make Stacie laugh it was so cute.   They are such a sweet couple and I am so excited to be photographing their wedding in September.

Owen and Ashton: Portraits

I absolutely love lifestyle portrait sessions with kids and last week I had the pleasure of photographing Owen and his little brother Ashton at Greenfield Village.   I had so much fun with these two boys and just trying to capture the energy and personalities.  Check out the slideshow of some my favorites from their session.

Lilyanne @ 9 Months

I am telling you this little girl can model.   She just kept moving around and looking at the camera at the precise moment that I hit the shutter it was amazing.   The only thing we had to do is make sure that she didn't crawl off the set, but other than just setting her back down I didn't have to direct her one bit.   She's a natural and super cute!

Gus @ 2 Weeks

I have known Cathy since we were in high school, so I was so honored to have the opportunity to photograph her newborn son Gus while they are in Michigan.   Gus is just perfect and as with most newborns, he excels at sleeping and eating both of which he did during our session.   I have to say my favorite images of Gus are the ones if him sleeping.  He looks adorable.   Check out the slideshow below for some of my favorites/

Michelle & Steve : Engagement

I met up with Michelle and Steve at Heritage Park in Farmington Hills last Friday for their engagement session.  After a week of rain we had an absolutely beautiful albeit windy evening for a photo shoot.  It did not seem to bother them and they were a great couple to photograph.  Michelle and Steve are getting married next July in Mexico.  Check out some of my favorites below.
