I've been photographing quite a few headshots lately for business, online profiles and everything in between.  So, what makes a great headshot?  It comes down to one thing, expression.  Your expression needs to look engaging, confident and approachable.  Here are some of my favorites from some recent sessions.   Let me know what you think.  Do they look confident and approachable?
